I used an electric scroll saw, table saw with a 60 tooth carbide tip blade, drill press, belt sander and micro mesh sanding pads.
The bearings are a little bit bigger than standard Mosrite issue, 1/4" ID that I found at the local hardware store,but they seem to work OK. I dont know if I will ever use it on anything.......ya know , more like an experiment.

I have seen a rubber bushing used on a Canadian built guitar, built by Bob Gander http://www.ganderguitars.com/ ...might be worth a try, since you're experimenting.

looks really good ,this week i have put eyes on it but not beguin again too lazy :oops:
the thing who is boring me is the 2 hear haven't the same size in larger on my drawing then i must adapt it after i made the rocking part ;)
and there is 2 type, the vibramate and the the mosley what too choose ?
i prefer the vibramate but i have more cotation on mosley :|
