My First Mosrite

This is my very first Mosrite. Always wanted one but there hard to come by.
Can anyone tell me anything about this bass? Not sure of the year or if its been rewirwed .

I somewhat compare the Mosrite to a Rickenbacker. The sound is distinctly unique.They may not be as versatile as a Pbass or Jbass, but they sound awesome.

He doesn't complain about the sound, but about the design...shame on him. Then again, I'm almost 40, he's 23 I didn't like a good wine when I was 23...actually...I did, but you know what I'm trying to say.

i have to admit,when I first saw Mosrites many years ago, I thought they were a bit geeky looking. After actually owning and playing one, I've changed my mind. I'm in the process of cleaning the bass up right now, so its in pieces. But when I get it back together, I'll post some more pictures.
