Dennis, that was an website Administrators fault for not using the spam blocker that prevents spammers to register. They finally go it fixed but a little too late. They lost all their active users. Here you have to read the code and enter it when you register. Spammers are an automated registers that don't actually do it as an individual.
Additionally, I will always try ro be here checking regularly to ensure it's safe.

Re: What's the story on this?
OK, now back to my original question. What's the story on the web site showing Loretta Moseley announcing the Mosrite is returning? Any up dates?
I check the search engine and I was wrong asking about Mosrite USA. Yahoo search shows that linking directly to Ed Roman, the new web site linked to above is Mosrite US. Surly some can shed some light on this. I have my suspicions what it's about but was hoping to have some confirmed info before long.

Try this:
http://www.mosrite.us/
Select "English" (double neck guitar) then get into the Home page.

Re: What's the story on this?
so....does this mean a real Mosrite may be in my future? Hmmm.
I seem to recall a post from the old Mazz forum something about Loretta was int eh process of a legal battle and was about to regain the rights and setting up shop with a factory in Japan. For some reason I thought it might be the same factory that made the Excellent series. Anyone remember something along these lines?

The web site says it was copyrighted in 2007 and here it is May '08. How long does 'coming soon' mean. They sure seem slow in making any progress if they are going to produce or reproduce Mosrite guitars. Regardless of where they are made they will be a real Mosrite in name only. Since they are calling them Mosrite US, then I sure hope they are made in the United States. Other wise they will be no different than the exports that's been on the market in the past other than having Semie's wife giving her blessing and calling them the real deal.

Yea, it seems like nothing's happening, or it is going very slowly. In the picture gallery are some pretty fine looking instruments from Jonas Ridge.

Re: What's the story on this?
I sent an e-mail asking what the deal was with the website, and I received this reply today:
"Dear Max, Thank you for writing to our website. We will have an update for you within the next few days; so keep checking in. We have a special announcement which we think is very exciting. Take care and God Bless!!!
Sincerely,Loretta B Moseley"
Let's hope it's something decent!!
