ur welcome waldorf. yes, raising the action and refretting the guitar with larger frets
both would give me more sustain
Yes it will, it's a DEFINITE PROVEN fact.
this guitar plays like butter, and the super low action, is one of the major reasons I
feel in love with mosrites in the first place.
My '88 that I had "Special Ordered" has the so called Med Jumbo Frets, HOWEVER,
the strings are practically 'laying' on the Fretboard (and I'm NOT KIDDING!)

I wanted to recoil the pickups anyway, just cuz I've always thought they were a little
too low in output, I'm just hoping it can give me more sustain in the process.
More windings on a Pick-up will make it easier to give your instrument that "Driving Guitars"
sound in a clean mode. This will also depend on how you set your EQ on the amp, and you also
got to remember, these are JUST THE BASICS

basic starting point for sustain. Since my '88 DOES HAVE the Med Jumbo Frets, and the
Humbuckers (which I can still split the Coils), this is why I can put her up against any
Paul Reed Smith (PRS), any model Gibson, or ANY guitar with that type of set up. She just seems
to have that Devilish Type of "Don't Get in My Face" Attitude as far as sound goes

But the thing that's making me disgusted at this very moment, is that I can't make it out to
the "Geek Fest" and meet all of you Folks

P.S. I really wanted to show this guitar ever so badly
