Dana's working for Fillmore. I had a conversation with Mrs. Yusa and her son at Deke's show.

Re: The bug has bitten.

There is a website given on the brochures - http://mosriteoriginal-est1952.com/
The brochure advertises the DANA-MO pickup, "produced and powered by Dana Moseley", as well as the Mosrite Original Mark I Model 1965 (US made), and some of the Japanese-made models. I'll scan this later if I get a chance.

Oh, and she also mentioned that there is currently one dealer for the US models - Front Porch Music in Bakersfield, CA. I told her that I once saw a Mosrite in Pepto-Bismol Pink (probably on Ed Roman's site any moons ago) and asked if it were possible to get this as a color - affirmative.

The website link is a link to nowhere. Did Dana have any product on display at the festival?

Yes, there were about 10 USA guitars (all sold) and 10 MIJ guitars (all sold but one IIRC). I played a USA one in Pearl White, it was absolutely wonderful. she is hand-winding the pickups on these.

Dana Moseley, Master builder? When did she ever build a guitar?
I know she's wound a few pickup's, but build guitars from scratch? Please, someone enlighten me. I've apparently missed something these past 50 plus years of Mosrite history. Or, is that like saying Loretta Moseley is a master builder?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for sharing your experience at the Mosrite booth - I would really have liked to see that myself!
All in all, it seems like interesting things are afoot in the Mosrite world...

Yeah, click it on again, look up at the top left hand corner, and it says something like
"Mosrite-est 1952.com is COMING SOON to REGISTER.COM."

Re: The bug has bitten.
This is getting interesting. If Dana works for Fillmore, why did she say something like not to buy from Fillmore's US exclusive distributor; Ed Roman? I maybe wrong but I have a strange feeling that the distributor mentioned was someone else. Or something happened between Fillmore and Ed Roman? Artie would probably know. This can't be Swing Science as Loretta would have been there... Mystery.. Curiosity is killing this old cat...
Wow, US made Mosrite? Can that be true? $2995? 45% off? $1647 for US made Mosrite? Artie is selling them? Did I misunderstand something?
BTW, welcome to the forum. Your info is so valuable to us. Thanks.
