Hi Danny,
Thanks for the invite to the Mosrite Forum. It was a pleasure to meet you at Deke's Guitar Geek Festival.
There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here. I hope I can contribute some information about the early years (pre Ventures) to the discussion.
Thanks again, I'm looking forward to my first post.
The very best to you,
Terry McArthur

Yeah! Welcome to the Mosrite Forum, Terry.
Everybody on the list should be aware that Terry worked for Semie in the 1958-1959 Granada Hills period. He also makes phenomenal Joe Maphis-style doublenecks in the present. He is an invaluable addition to this forum, and with Ed Elliot on here too, we have some real honest to goodness "authorities" to call on.

Welcome Terry! It was great to meet you at the festival, and to have the chance to oggle the craftsmanship of your guitars up close.
Keep in mind folks, in addition to the amazing doublenecks, Terry also makes some beautiful single necks!

To be sure... This is the most "Subject" knowledgeable, guitar sight I've ever been a part of. To have the first hand knowledge of, not only the guitars, but the men who actually helped to conceive them, is rare indeed. I truly enjoy the stories and bits of trivia that you can only collectively acquire, here.
