Fender Pro JR, though it dosn't sound exactlly like most Fenders it's a great amp. If you want a classic Fender sound a Princeton Reverb be what you want.

I was fotunate to get a Gibson GA-5 Goldtone for less than half price. If you can find one of
these, they are great sounding little 5watters.

Recorded two records with a Fender Vibro-Champ, great Amp. For something under $300.00, the Vox ACTV4 is pretty Awesome. For someting under $200.00, the Roland Micro Cube is very good. Amp Modeling and Effects in a very managable and inexpensive package.

Interesting, thank you for sharing. (insert here stupid smiley face) Almost felt sorry for the little Vibro-Champ with all the stuff going inot it.

Personally, 'have never truly loved little amps, despite many of them having a stellar reputation. Only explanation which makes sense is, ears / brain must be "tuned" to a 12" speaker...?
