sweet guitar. out of everything that came out in the 60's the 66 ventures one model is my all time fav. the vintage guitar market is up in down a lot lately with the economy, but I would say the buyer got a pretty good deal. these could go as high as 4500, but then again a guitar is only worth what someone else is willing to pay. welcome to the forum, and if you have any more pictures please share.
