Hey this forum is great. i'm a Ventures fan. I still remember the day I put my moms Ventures Au Go Go on the turntable and the needle hit Swinging Creeper that was it for me! Then i got a look at those guitars on the back of the album
and the search was on. A few years later (1986) a combo showed up in the local music store. The thing had been "punked-out" so i took the stickers off and cleaned off the magic marker and it was up and running. Then in the late 90's
I contacted the Jonas Ridge people and ordered some knobs wiring harness
and pick-guard. I recvied the parts and a hand written thank you note from
Loretta she said the parts were n.o.s. So the combo, my 69 Vox Buckingham, fuzz-rite and a tape delay has been my rig ever since (pretty much sounds exactly like the first three Iron Butterfly albums).I would love to
get a Celebrity or V2 let me know if you have one for sale. thanks..brutus

That's a cool story about your Combo. It's great when one put's an oldie back to it's original condition.
