Hey Bakersfiends!
We have been working hard to get the new models underway! We would like to share two more models with the Mosrite forum today, so with out further ado, 1234!
These two new models are exactly in every detail just like the early models that Johnny Ramone used on the first lp through Road to Ruin. My personal favorites! The first Hallmark II we haved named the "Sheena" model, features the same high output single coil pickups that were used on the guitar Johnny used on the Ramones first 4 lp's. The later style II's that Johnny used with a Dimarzio Fat Strat and Seymore Duncan, could never achieve that same tone as the early style pickups. As well, the looks of the guitar was altered with the Dimarzio and Seymore Duncan. Me personally, I always dug the sound of the earlier pickups and look as well. I thought it was about time this guitar was offered with the right stuff. These guitars are unbelieveable sounding both clean and cranked through a Marshall. Our pickups too, unlike the vintage, are heavily potted and, employ a shielded wire and a brass mounting plate for stability.
Also featured is a chrome plated brass plate from the original whammy that was unused on Johnny's early model and drilled out for a stop tail. I thought this was a feature that should be included on the Sheena. As well there is the Kluson style white bean buttoned tuning keys. The fretwire is vintage small and crowned for super slinky playability and bending on a 1 pc. maple neck. This model comes in this bad boy blue only. The guitar will come ready to crank including a Hallmark hardshell case. We are still working on an exact pricepoint. We should have this info on our website soon. So all you cretins, get ready to Bop till you drop!
See pic's below! Thank you for your interest!!
We're a happy family! Bob Shade

If you market that right, it should take off like a rocket.

Looks like Bob is going to increase the number of his own fans too with this finely crafted instrument, as well as the other new one. Those pictures are excellent too (of both new Hallmark II guitars); you can crearly see in detail the quality that's showing. My compliments and wishing it bon voyage!

More impressive than I thought I might end up buying one, I'd want to mod mine with a Stetsbar Stoptail trem though. I prefer having trems these days.
No kiddin'. This is going to be THE Best Mark II copy around so if enough people get to know about it sales will be really up there.

Bob,
What a cool looking guitar! How do these pickups compare to the output and sound of the Sweptwing or Custom 60 units?

I dunno, man, with this lot I think "fiends" is way more appropriate.
