Hello all, I'm 14 and live in Illinois.
I'm a big fan of the Ventures, and that along with my want to build a guitar has led me here. I've wanted a Mosrite since the first time I saw a picture of one, but since I don't have near enough money I want to build a clone, with my own personal touches.
Yeah.

Good stuff 7iu, you can never start too early on your hobby/dream etc. Nice to know there are young Ventures fans too.
How did you hear of them and the Mosrite guitar...or should I say who 'introduced' you to them? Building your own Mosrite is quite an undertaking, I salute you!

Welcome, 7iu ... and I also commend you on your ambition to build a guitar - I'm sure you can find lots of help here, just browse through some of the past threads for what some of the others have accomplished.

Welcome. I was about 14 when I heard the Ventures and startede playing guitar, too. That was in 1964, though.
