In the music world you haven't made it until you play in New York City; the Madison Square Garden, the Beacon theater, etc. We have 48th Street a musicians' mecca yet I've never heard of a NAMM show in NYC! darn, no NAMM!

Kerry, thanks for sharing that nostalgic picture which includes that wonderfully bizar model Semie made specially for the show, I believe. Now, if only we were granted one afternoon to go back in time and spend some money on a Mosrite  ...no, no, not just one...several! 8-)

Great picture, I'm guessing this was in the mid eighties judging from the oddly shaped guitar on the far left and the guitar on the far right? Thanks for sharing. (The names of both guitars elude me)

1966 Ventures II (German Carved, B670.)
1970s "Not a Blues Bender" Bodies: 2.
1976 Brass Rail Deluxe #10.

1984 Chicago NAMM, booth 777. Those would be the Double Axe and the American model, Austin.

Can this guy build a guitar or what? Although I suspect there may have been some open paint cans in the workshop when he designed this masterpiece... Adam are those just 3 on off switches no tone no volume.

On-Off-Phase (x3) and a single volume (obscured by the trem arm), just like the American model.
