New Member Greetings
Hello, I just bought my first Mosrite, a Celebrity model, at least that's what it appears to be. I am anxious to find out more about it and will post some pics soon. It is in very good condition. I have been playing guitar for over 40 years and still have my first guitar a 1966 Fender Mustang. I also own a 1967 Strat, a newer Martin D15, a 1970's Made in Japan Sigma by Martin, an American Deluxe Strat, a few Mexican Strats and a Telecaster or two. I guess there are worse vices to have than owning too many guitars! I am glad to have found this forum and hope I can add something to the discussions. Best regards, Myles aka Seabiskit2002

Welcome Myles. Not many can also say they still have their first guitar...I know I can't
Your user name also caught my attention and I wonder if it has any link to this very famous celebrity of the past:

Re: New Member Greetings
The name was a nickname for my cat, who ran around the house like a racehorse, banking off the couch, the curtains, the dog etc. His name was Smokey ( a russian grey cat) but he responded to seabiscuit better so it stuck. I tried the original spelling years ago for a screen name and it was taken so I ended up with the other version and have used it ever since. Best regards, Myles
