So, I missed out on a Celebrity on the local CL, but I found one at a local shop. It looks decent, but worn for sure. Do you think it's worth anywhere near what they're asking?
Thanks!! It's just listed as 'Mosrite'.

Re: '60s Celebrity in town
Looks pretty good to me, does it have the orig Victoria case? If I were making a play on it I'd try to get it for $850 ish. I have four celebrities, they ranged in price from 800-1050. That one looks to be in similar or slightly better condish than the one I got for 800...
The gangster looks so frightening, with his luger in his hand
When he gets home to his children, he's a family man
But when it comes to the nitty-gritty, he can shove in his knife
Yes he really looks quite religious, he's been an outlaw all his life

Thanks, Stevie. I'll try to drop by and check it out soon. I wish I'd had the cash for the other local one, it was sunburst and looked pretty mint. I'm not sure why this burgundy one's neck p'up ring looks smashed against the cover, but that'll need some closeup inspection.

Dude! I love that link! There are so many cool guitars at that shop.
As for "your" Celebrity... I'm envious of the flame on the back.
