Blue Celebrity Bass.
Today I was in a guitar shop that specialises in used guitars when I saw a blue 60s era Celebrity bass for sale. Mosrites are very rare here in Australia so I was ready to talk a deal but the shop guy said he was waiting to hear from someone else who is interested first. He said if they didn't bite then he'd call me back, so while I'm waiting I was hoping someone could tell me if blue Celebrity basses are anything special because I have to say I can't find any pictures of them. It comes with an original case as well so I'm hoping for a positive outcome.

Yes, a Blue Mosrite Celebrity Bass is one that's rarely heard of, if it's an original finish. Green is also a rare finish, the Green one seems to be specific to 1968. I can't say now about the Blue models.
