"E.F. Elliott '63 Ventures Model Historical Reproductions"

Postby EFElliott » Sat Jan 31, 2009 8:29 pm

Hey Guys, I just finished up another one of my custom '63 side-jack guitars, this one is #003 of my
new series, in my new shop. Here a few years back a made quite a few E.F.Elliott '63 and '65 Ventures style guitars with"The Surfer model" logo on the top of the head stock. I Sold the most of those in Japan, as I do most of my guitars and pickups, I didn't really number any of them so I kind of lost count, this time Ilm going to number them all. I'm starting 4 more new custom 63 model guitars this week. I'll keep Y'all posted with photos of the different stages of production of these 4 new guitars.

Hey Aaron, Thanks!

Yep, I make the hole 9 yards, I do all the woodworking and paint, I sandcast, machine and polish all the aluminum parts, make all the plastic parts, mold my pickup covers and wind the coils.
